Terms of Use

This site is private, not a government agency, and not a consumer reporting agency. Do not use it for any FCRA-covered decision.

Use of the Site

By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful public-record reference purposes. You may not interfere with the site, scrape it at abusive volume, misrepresent information, violate another person's rights, or use the material for harassment, stalking, unlawful discrimination, or prohibited screening.

No Government Affiliation

Sebastian County Inmate Population is privately operated. It is not affiliated with Sebastian County, the Sheriff's Office, the Adult Detention Center, Arkansas Department of Corrections, any court, BOP, ICE, or any government office. Official answers must come from the record custodian.

FCRA and Accuracy Limits

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information from this site may not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, licensing, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose. Records may be incomplete, delayed, sealed, out of date, or changed by the originating agency.

Links, Warranties, and Liability

Outbound links are provided for routing and reference. A link does not mean endorsement, and outside sites control their own data, fees, and terms. The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited for claims connected to use of the site or reliance on information found through it.

Indemnity and Intellectual Property

You agree to hold the site operators harmless from claims caused by your misuse of the site. Site text, layout, and original organization are protected by intellectual-property rights. Public agency names, records, and linked government materials remain controlled by their respective owners or custodians.

Changes, Access, and Law

These terms may change, and access may be limited or revoked when misuse is detected. Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.
